Allergies and Treatment

Those awful allergy symptoms such as sneezing,
sniffles, itchy eyes, throat and breathing difficulties can be dealt
with. You may feel helpless without those prescription drugs or
over the counter medications...but there are alternatives.
Why isn't everyone affected with allergies? An allergy is the inappropriate
response by the body's immune system to a substance that is not
normally harmful. No one knows for sure why some people are allergic
to certain substances. However, allergies do run in families and
it is also believed that babies that are not breast fed are more
likely to develop allergies. There seems also to be an emotional
cause to the problem as well ....especially from stress and anger.
